Woodnote Preschools and Day Care centres are operated by Samashti Group of Schools, under the aegis of Sannitha Educational Institutions Pvt. Ltd.

With the concept of neighbourhood school, the toddlers admitted to Woodnote Preschool in their neighbourhood secure a confirmed seat at Samashti International School in their city.
